周律師在台灣出生，高中時移民到俄亥俄州，畢業後去伊利諾州讀大學及法學院。目前持有紐約，華盛頓特區，馬里蘭的律師執照。也是美國專利商標局認證的專利律師。

Provide several prior arts potentially similar to the client’s invention, with recommendations of improvement. - Draft Application and Prosecution
Draft patent applications and communicate with examiners during the application process. - Freedom-to-Operate and Infringement Analysis

Contract Review
- Review and redline contracts, and make recommendations according to client’s policy.
